Your tasks

• • Technical management and coordination of fitters, subcontractors and external companies on construction sites.
  • Monitoring of project progress and interface coordination with other trades.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, HSE standards and quality specifications.
  • Preparation and control of project-specific documentation (QA protocols, time sheets, etc.) – Participation in construction meetings, project meetings and regular coordination with project engineers).
  • Participation in construction meetings, project meetings and regular coordination with project engineers.
  • Support in the assembly of high-voltage cable sets and secondary technology as required.
  • Training and supervision of external fitters as part of certifications.
  • Organization of own business trips including booking of vehicles and accommodation.
  • Support in adjacent company areas (assembly warehouse, test field, etc.).

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training of at least 3 years – ideally in the electrical or metal industry.
• Sound assembly knowledge in the field of medium, high and extra-high voltage.
• Practical management experience of assembly or construction site teams desirable.
• Valid driving license class B.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe (up to 95%).
• Well spoken English and German.
