Your tasks

• Independent assembly of cable accessories in the medium, high and extra-high voltage range as well as associated secondary technology.
• Technical instruction and training of fitters and helpers.
• Monitoring and supervision of external companies during assembly.
• Training and certification of external fitters.
• Preparation of assembly documentation (e.g. quality assurance and test reports) – Reporting deviations or defects to site management or project management quality assurance and test reports, daily construction reports).
• Reporting deviations or defects to site management or project management.
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements on construction sites.
• Organizing business trips and material transports.
• Supporting high-voltage tests and in adjacent areas of the company (e.g. test field, BEK assembly, assembly warehouse).

Qualifications

• • Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical or metalworking profession (usually 3-3.5 years).
  • Several years of experience in cable assembly desirable.
  • High willingness to travel (national/international).
  • Manual skills and technical understanding.
  • Driving license class B.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training (e.g. safety instruction, first aid, quality training).
  • Ideally knowledge in: Slinging loads, scaffold testing, high-voltage installation seminars and training and trainer seminars.
  • Good spoken Englisch and German.
