Your tasks

• Supporting the analysis and improvement of existing production processes.
• Assisting in the implementation of lean management methods and other improvement initiatives.
• Managing and maintaining tools and equipment, including inventory monitoring and maintenance.
• Conducting training courses and supporting employee training based on the Q-Matrix.
• Documenting tests and process improvements and preparing reports.
• Supporting the production foreman with regard to quality and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting and leading optimization projects.

Qualifications

• • Completed vocational training and further training in the extrusion or plastics sector, ideally with further training as a technician or master.
  • Several years of professional experience in process optimization, ideally in the field of extrusion.
  • Sound understanding of extrusion processes and systems.
  • Experience with lean management methods.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident with MS Office and process control systems.
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage .
