Your tasks

• Setting up and converting our extrusion systems according to production specifications.
• Monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of the systems.
• Documentation of production and quality data for complete traceability.
• Quality checks of the manufactured products, e.g. dimensional checks and visual inspections.
• Compliance with safety and environmental standards in the workplace.

Qualifications

• • Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (specializing in extrusion) or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in plastics processing and sound knowledge of extrusion technology are an advantage.
  • Technical understanding and precise working methods.
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift operation in Conti).
  • Good written and spoken English and German.
