Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Identification and analysis of error causes, initiation and monitoring of corrective measures
• Collaboration with product development, quality control and other departments to introduce new processes and technologies
• Identifying and resolving production problems and bottlenecks
• Creating and maintaining process documentation and work instructions
• Accompanying and implementing automation projects
• Conducting training for employees on new or optimized processes

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on production technology
• Several years of professional experience in process optimization
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Business fluent in Japanese is an advantage
