HR Admin/Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

    • Independent calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions and overtime on the basis of working hours or contractual regulations.
    • Correct application of all statutory and company-internal deductions, e.g. taxes, social security and pension contributions.
    • Calculation and processing of the final remuneration of departing employees (incl. severance pay, remaining vacation, etc.) – Processing of non-cash benefits, especially in connection with company car taxation – Processing of non-cash benefits, in particular in connection with company car taxation.
    • Travel expense accounting, taking into account the tax framework.
    • Application of current tax law in the area of payroll accounting.
    • Preparation and timely submission of payroll tax-relevant notifications and reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to authorities.
    • Administration and maintenance of payroll and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ADP, DMS, etc.) Administration and maintenance of payroll and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ADP, DATEV) for the correct mapping and tracking of personnel and salary data.
    • Preparation and checking of pay slips incl. all additions and deductions.
    • Reconciliation of payroll-related accounts, identification and correction of discrepancies.
    • Support of employee benefits incl. social security and pension systems.
    • Secure handling of sensitive employee and salary data and their confidential treatment.

    Qualifications

      • Completed training in human resources, economics or a comparable qualification.
      • Several years of experience in payroll accounting or a similar position.
      • Sound knowledge of the relevant tax and social security regulations.
      • Very good knowledge of payroll accounting software (e.g. SAP, ADP, DATEV) and ERP systems.
      • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing payroll.
      • Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.
      • Good written and spoken Englisch
