Employee for quality assurance (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Quality assurance: Support in the development, implementation and execution of quality assurance measures to ensure product and process quality.
- Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of existing quality assurance processes in order to achieve continuous improvement.
- Documentation and reporting: Creation and maintenance of quality documentation, evaluations and statistics as well as regular reporting to management.
- Error and complaint management: Analysis and processing of customer complaints and internal quality deviations as well as initiation and follow-up of corrective measures.
- Audits: Preparation and execution of internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001) as well as follow-up and resolution of audit deviations.
- Training and consulting: conducting training courses for employees on quality assurance and compliance with quality standards.
- Supplier quality management: Cooperation with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and delivered products.
- Risk management: Identification of risks in production processes and development of measures to minimize risk

Qualifications
- Degree in quality management, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma) and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
- Confident handling of quality instruments and software, e.g. ERP systems and statistical analysis tools
- Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and a team-oriented way of working
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- MS Office skills; experience with quality management software is an advantage
