Your tasks

• Responsibility for the proper booking of all incoming payments.
• Maintenance and monitoring of accounts receivable accounts including clarification of open items.
• Implementation of the dunning process including correspondence with customers.
• Clarification of unassignable incoming payments in close coordination with the sales departments.
• Collaboration in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the area of accounts receivable.
• Preparation of evaluations and reports for receivables management.
• Support in the optimization of processes within financial accounting.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in accounting.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge an advantage.
• Careful, structured way of working and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness for temporary training at the Menden location.
